Podcast: Right to request flexible working extended

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the extension of the right to request flexible working, which came into force on 30 June 2014. As well as discussing the impact of the new eligibility conditions, we explain the duty on employers to deal with requests in a "reasonable manner" and the procedure within which employers must operate. We also cover how to deal with competing requests.
